On 1/8/19 at 6:26 AM, police and medical personnel responded to the parking lot of the City of Minot Public Works for a report of an unresponsive male. Upon arrival it was determined the subject was deceased. The incident is currently under investigation by the Minot Police Department and more information will be released as it becomes available.
