DOWNTOWN MINOT PARKING RAMPS
The city has two covered parking ramps located in the downtown area. Parking customers can pay for hourly parking at the ramp gate. Parking permits are also offered for those who frequent downtown regularly.

PURCHASE PARKING PERMITS
To buy a parking permit for Central or Renaissance parking ramps, customers can stop by the Utility Billing window in City Hall, 10 3rd Ave SW, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Enrollment forms can be found at the link below.
