Changes have been made to your utility bill

Your customer number (CID) has changed slightly and will now be an eight-digit number.  If your CID was 5 digits long, your new CID will now start with 100.  If your CID was 3 digits long, your new CID will start with 10000.  As an example, if your customer number was 9999, your new CID will be 10009999. No change was made to account numbers.

The Water Billing office is located in City Hall at 10 3rd Ave SW and is open 7:30 am through 4:00 pm Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Drop Box Locations:

All Marketplace Foods locations picked up on weekdays at 7:30 am excluding holidays.  City Hall drive-thru and City Hall Lobby drop boxes are picked up on weekdays at 8 am excluding holidays.



Please note:  Payment for delinquent accounts is cash or credit card only.  You must contact Customer Services by phone or in-person to schedule the reconnection of your water service at 701-857-4777 during our regular business hours between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm, M-F.  There is a $45 fee for delinquent turn-ons.  


For after-hours service or emergencies, call 701-852-0111.  There is a $75 fee for delinquent turn-ons after 4:00 pm.
