Clerk

The City Clerk’s Office provides administrative support to City Council, the City Manager and other departments with regard to Council activities. The City Clerk prepares and distributes meeting agendas and records the minutes of City Council and other committee meetings. The Office is responsible for maintaining records including resolutions and ordinances and is the point of contact for record requests. 

The Clerk’s Office handles various licensing procedures including processing applications and permits for conducting all gaming activities within the city and alcoholic beverage sales licensing.
