On October 4, 2018, Jalen E. Ballard was reported as missing from the Minot area. Ballard was last known to be heading to work but didn’t arrive for his shift on October 3. No known vehicle is associated with Ballard and it is believed he may have left the Minot area via Amtrak on Oct. 3.
