OPERATIONS: Much of Priority 1 is complete. That first pass was made while it was still snowing so Thursday morning will be spent on Priority 2 and a Priority 1 retouch.

The Snow Removal Emergency Proclamation is in place until 2 a.m. Friday. This means NO PARKING on Priority Routes 1 & 2.

DOWNTOWN: This Priority 2 route will be addressed Thursday night/Friday morning. Per ordinance, no parking on the Streets from 1 a.m. to 7 a.m. Per the proclamation, if you're able to limit parking on Avenues overnight as well, it's appreciated.

STREET: Priority 1 is 85% complete. Priority 2 is at 47%. Morning will be spent on these priorities before moving into Priority 3: Hills. Per the Snow Plan, a blade rental was retained to keep our fleet at 8 during required blade repairs.

FLEET: A spare gate was available to replace a damaged one through the night. Our welder will repair one gate so a spare is available by end of day and will begin building a new spare (built from scratch in house). Parts have been ordered for moboard repairs while a rental blade is in use.

TRANSIT: East route will be coming down 3rd Street instead of 4th Street. NorthWest route will not be using Landmark Circle and will not travel further west than MarketPlace Foods. Please sign up for transit alerts: https://www.minotnd.gov/145/Sign-Up-For

POLICE: Dispatch coordinated with PD & Snow during the night to keep alleyways downtown passable. 

CODE ENFORCEMENT: No parking on Priorities 1 & 2 while the SREP is in place through 2 a.m. Friday. We are aware of a motorhome parked on a side street and will be reaching out as it creates an obstacle for our blades. 

FIRE: 3 fire responses on Wednesday. No snow trouble to report.

AIRPORT: 2 inbound flights were delayed Wednesday will be arriving before noon.

LIBRARY: Will open Thursday at noon.
