We are proud to announce our Helmets for Heroes program. This program allows the Minot Fire Department to donate decommissioned helmets to a child in need. We understand that many children within our community are going through difficult times. We developed this program to show these children that we are here to support them and that they are not alone through their hardships.

Please tell us a story about your nominee on the second page. For example, tell us about your relationship and why you believe this child should be chosen to be recognized for the Helmet for Heroes program. Try to be as specific as possible, and multiple examples are acceptable. Complete the following before submission:
• Nomination form
• Media release form
Submit the nomination and media release form together. Forms can be mailed or dropped off at Fire Station #1 at 2111 10th St. SW. Minot, ND. 58701. Nomination submissions can be emailed to T Kvigne at t.kvigne@minotnd.gov
*Not all nominees will automatically be recipients of a helmet.
