Residential Inspection

The City of Minot requires that all residential buildings under construction be inspected for code compliance before a certificate of occupancy can be issued.  The Inspections Department communicates with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, or the general public. Inspections may be conducted for all structures including new construction, decks, garages, additions, and renovation.
