Minot Transit Transfer Center
City Project 4741
The City of Minot Public Works Department is requesting qualification submittals for architect and engineering services to rehabilitate a section of the retail space in the Renaissance Parking Structure at 205 1st Street SW in downtown Minot for use as a downtown transit transfer facility. The firm must submit 5 bound copies and one digital copy in PDF format. The RFQ must be labeled “Qualifications Submittal for Minot Transit Transfer Center – City Project 4741”. Responses to the request for qualifications must be submitted to the Public Works office by 4:00 pm March 31, 2023.

The work will generally include conceptual building layout plans, council presentations, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and plan drawings and specifications, cost estimating, project bidding and bid analysis, construction administration and inspection, building commissioning, and as-built drawings.
Funding for this project will come from Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Section 5339 (Bus & Bus Facilities Program). The consultant will have to follow FTA regulations and will need to coordinate work with the City of Minot Public Works Department. All work must take into account the compliance with FTA rules and regulations as well as any other State and/or Federal funding requirements.
