REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The City of Minot, North Dakota, is requesting “Statements of Qualifications” from engineering consulting firms to provide Consultant Engineering services for the preliminary, design, and construction engineering services for the 16 th St SW Reconstruction 14th Ave to 2nd Ave project. Interested firms must submit five (5) bound copies and one digital copy of their qualifications by 4:00 pm, February 10, 2023 to:

Proposals shall be marked: 

“Qualifications Submittal for 16th St SW Reconstruction 14th Ave to 2nd Ave, City Project 4780”

Provide the City of Minot with preliminary, design, and construction engineering services related to the 16th St SW Reconstruction 14th Ave to 2nd Ave. The project is being funded with NDDOT Urban Roads and local funding. Consultant must have experience working on NDDOT and City federally funded street projects.

Detailed information for those interested in submitting proposals is available in the City Engineering Department Office, City of Minot Public Works Building, 1025 31st Street SE, Minot, ND, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or telephone at (701) 857-4100. Proposals must be delivered to the City Engineer by 4:00 pm on February 10, 2023. The City of Minot reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
