REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE CONSULTING 

CITY PROJECT 4782

The City of Minot, North Dakota, is requesting “Statements of Qualifications” from engineering consulting firms to provide Consultant Engineering services for pavement maintenance projects for the next three years.  Interested firms must submit five (5) bound copies and one digital copy of their qualifications by 4:00 pm, December 9, 2022 to:

Proposals should be marked:

“Qualifications Submittal for Pavement Maintenance Consulting, City Project 4782”

The city engineering department is seeking multiple consultants to be placed in a pre-qualified pool for selection on future task orders. The consulting work will be for pavement maintenance projects only. Capital projects are not included in this RFQ. Consultants will perform project design, survey, easement acquisitions, construction inspection and management. 

Detailed information for those interested in submitting proposals is available in the City Engineering Department Office, City of Minot Public Works Building, 1025 31st Street SE, Minot, ND, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or telephone at (701) 857-4100. Proposals must be delivered to the City Engineer by 4:00 pm on December 9, 2022. The City of Minot reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
