2. What is Hyper-Reach?

Hyper-Reach is the emergency notification system Ward County uses to inform residents of emergency situations or critical community alerts. Once activated, the system will attempt to contact citizens up to three times and will leave messages in voicemail boxes and on answering machines. Messages can be sent to the entire county or to selected areas or neighborhoods. This system is sometimes call "Reverse 911"

3. Where can I find information on road closures, detours and construction in the city?

The construction report is updated every Friday during the summer, and as needed during non-peak construction periods. Please note that these are mainly city projects, and not all Ward County or NDDOT projects are listed. Click here for the construction and projects page
