EXECUTIVE SESSION: CITY OF MINOT VS DOKKEN (EMINENT DOMAIN) - PENDING LITIGATION
The topic of discussion will be Ward County Case No. 51-2021-CV-01154. This case is currently being litigated, and the City Council will discuss negotiating strategy and provide negotiating instructions to its attorney. An open meeting on this case would have an adverse fiscal effect on the bargaining strategy and litigating position of the City. See N.D.C.C. 44-04-19.1(9) and N.D.C.C. 44-04-19.2.
